Reservations can be made through this website or over the phone by calling 1-868-639-8571. Guests may pay via a credit card or wire transfer, or in-person with cash. If a cash payment is preferred, please note that we also require a valid photo ID at check-in to guarantee incidentals. We require a credit card or request an extra payment in cash for incidentals upon check in
Credit cards provided or Cash will be used for payment of all accommodation costs charged to the room, for any loss or damage to the room during the stay, and for any cancellation or non-arrival fees, unless an alternative arrangement has been made with the hotel.
The credit card used to make a reservation must be presented at check-in to verify identity, along with photo ID
WE accept VISA & MASTER CARD IN TTD. AMEX is processed in USD. Nightly room rates are publically posted in USD for non-residents and TTD for local residents. If a foreign rate is used for the transaction, our resort uses a conversion rate of 6.1 currently to convert to TTD if VISA/ MC used or exact amount is AMEX used.
Please note that if you are settling your account with Visa Card, American Express Card or Master Card a credit card fee may apply from your banking institution.
Cash-paying guests must produce photo identification and settle room charge and taxes upon check in. In addition, a minimum $100 incidental deposit is required, which is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of damages.
(Dec 21 -April 30) – 7 nights’ deposit required. If stay is shorter than 7 nights, then full prepayment is required.
(May 1 - Dec 20) – 2 nights’ deposit is required. If stay is shorter that 2 nights, then full prepayment is required. Cancellation fees may apply if your booking is cancelled outside of the cancellation period specified at the time of booking.
Rates quoted are based on the number of occupants, meal plan and length of stay advised at the time of booking. Any alterations to these details may affect the nightly rate charged.
Children aged 11 years and under stay free when utilizing existing bedding with a paying adult.
Confirmation of Reservation
Online bookings require a valid credit card number to confirm your reservation; the credit card provided will be charged with the applicable deposit at the time of booking (please refer to the Deposit Policy).

Refund and Cancellation
To request a refund or to cancel your booking, please contact us at any of the following:

Once your request has been acknowledged and if a refund is applicable, your advance deposit will be refunded by the same method of payment used originally. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-14 working days.
When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 4-5 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees.
Our cancellation policy changes depending on the dates being booked and is mentioned on the hotel details page on our website before making a booking. Please refer to the screenshots below highlighting the cancellation policy:
- 30 days or more prior to check-in date
- Between 15 to 30 days of check-in date
- Less than 15 days of check-in date
- FREE Cancellation (100% refund)
- 50% advance amount
- 100% advance amount
On the date of check-in
In case you decide to cancel a booking after check-in time, charges for the complete booking amount shall be deducted.
Non-arrival to the Hotel (No Show) :
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
Shorten Stay (Early check-out) :
In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you may be charged for the next 24 hours after the official cancellation. Money for the remaining nights will be refunded.
